💫 history

silas started off as a one-off drawing i did in 2013. i just put together a design and outfit that i thought looked good without thinking too hard about it, at least how i remember it, and i was really happy with the result! i ended up drawing him a lot after that. man, i used to draw a lot of lines in the hair. his name was originally sternchen, which is german for "little star". i was obsessed with giving my characters random german words for names back then.

silas has always been my feel-good lil guy! i don't think i've ever drawn him sad or mad. he's an embodiment of all the things i love. his fashion senses have changed slightly over time, just as my tastes have! though honestly the original sweatervest with a cross on it still kinda hits. the rest of the outfit is kind of a mess though, lol. love the galaxy leggings at least!

💫 personality

silas is a cheery, fun-loving guy. his two favorite things are fashion and space. he typically looks on the bright side! he can he a bit awkward, but he’s always well-meaning. his personality isn’t super well cemented into words, but i have a vision of him in my head.

💫 appearance

silas is a dark-skinned kemonomimi with pointy brown ears and a matching long, bushy tail. his wavy hair is blue with a purple streak on his left side. sometimes he has human hands, and sometimes he has paws with pink pads. his wide eyes are blue.
