winding down

hi y'all! i'm writing this from my cousins' house. my aunt and cousin came down to visit yesterday and i decided to take a ride back with them. and honestly? best decision of my life. i've been pretty stressed because of family stuff back home that i can't get into here, so it's nice to get away for a few days and relax. i was so happy earlier i almost started crying LOL

i got a new crunchyroll account yesterday and started watching some anime! i used to do that all the time and i think it'll be fun to keep up with some new series. i watched the first episode of takopi's original sin and see you tomorrow at the food court, which only had one episode yesterday but when i went to double-check the title i saw there was a new one! i'll be watching that later.

i've also been rereading some of my old fanfic. honestly sometimes teenage me was cooking a little bit? i've been inspired to start writing fanfic again, maybe for total drama because i'm starting to get into that again. i've really missed writing fanfic! in general, i'd like to do more writing that isn't roleplay, but it's kinda hard to motivate myself because i'm not bouncing off of someone else. i also have a hard time coming up with ideas these days... sigh. i remember when i was a cringe teenager with more ideas than i knew what to do with. that was fun. i mean, aside from everything horrible about being a teenager. i do not miss most of that shit LMAO.

i'm also working on some drawings for a little zine! it's gonna be my fursona in various different forms, since it's a shapeshifter. i'm gonna make it with electric zine maker once it's done. i already have five drawings finished! since it's been a hot minute since i made a blog post with a picture in it, i'll close this one out with the first drawing i did.
