chillin'

i've been working on a game! i might have mentioned it at some point in the past, but i got the idea to do a visual novel about my iron valley character's backstory. well, i actually got started on it! i haven't done any writing yet, but i have an outline and i've been working on character designs. i downloaded scrivener today to write in because i remember liking it years ago, but i haven't opened it yet. i may not tonight, since i'm currently watching artemis stream deltarune. kit's working on the chapter 3 secret boss right now and hoo boy. this fight looks tough. good thing i'm not doing it!

anyway, i'm pretty excited! this is the farthest i've ever gotten on a project that wasn't a tutorial, haha. i'm worried i'm being a little ambitious for my first game, but we'll see. well, i'll see - i don't currently have any intentions of releasing this game. it's just meant to be a cute little venture into learning ren'py and the gamemaking process. at most, my partners will see it. i will, however, show you aurelia's final design, because it's very cute.

meanwhile, i had my customer service final today! i would've liked to have done better, but 80% isn't bad. i'm all done with that class! tomorrow i'm going to finish up interpersonal communication. all i have to do is read a chapter and write a little bit. then i'll be free for a few months! yippee!

as far as gaming goes, i haven't done much more of that. i did download a ton of demos from steam's various game fests that are going on, though. i've only played one for a game called anemorie. i haven't finished it yet, because artemis started streaming not long after i started, but it's cute! a wee bit janky, maybe, but not bad at all.

okay well artemis just finished chapter 3. that was insane. anyway

i think i had more but i totally forgot it and got lost in the sauce. i took a headache pill so that doesn't help LOL. see y'all later!
